Such people should not be asked for any advice. Some people know psychology, flute, cinema, drama, song, tribal, acting. Such elderly people should not be taken too seriously. The doctor should be a doctor only. They are all good people. But if you want to eat Italian food, you can't go to the data, that's all.

Nowadays it has been seen that most of the suicides are committed by students. Due to the stress, relationship, exams, family expectations, students are getting into the depression. Engineering students are facing this problem at an extreme level.

During my engineering days, I have seen this scenario very closely. Students have to fear that, if they go through the backlogs then what? Will I get placed in a good company? These things force them to become sad & slowly this intensity of sadness increases. There was a student in my diploma college. He was a topper in his class. He falls in love with a girl from his class. Everything was going good, but one day he was found dead in his room. The reason behind he committed suicide at the age of 18 was the failure of love. He used to be very quiet & not talking with friends.
Express your thoughts
Express your feelings and thoughts in front of everyone without keeping them in your mind. It can boost your confidence. If you have thoughts, talk to people close to you. Express yourself. There are so many types it's hard to say. If you keep in mind what you think about something, it will hurt you. So keep expressing yourself from time to time. It will also help to suggest new ideas.
