Everyone in this world work to achieve some success in their lives. But only a few people get success. On some occasions, we fail to get success then people start to give some Gyan that failure is the first step of success. We are so addicted to the above lines that people keep failing by just keeping hopes to succeed one day. They keep on following the success. I would like to mention here don't follow the success. Follow your dreams, follow your passion & just listen to your heart. Here, I am going to talk about 7S which I feel important to get success in any field. These 7S can help you to keep yourself motivated & feel the positive vibes around you.

Let's discuss in brief about this 7s

1 Self-assertive

You should be able to express yourself & confident enough to show your talent. Without getting angry in any situation, you should be able to control the things in calmness. You can take an example of the leadership traits of Ms Dhoni. 

2 Smart

Every person works hard for their achievements, but in this era, you need to be smart. You should plan accordingly concerning the smart plan. 

3 Strength

Always be ready to face new challenges in life, it will give you strength. Strength is the most important factor in any success journey. Start to build your strengths & if possible also make sure to convert your weakness into strengths. Because I believe if you have your specific strengths you can achieve anything in life. You can make anything happen with strengths & it should be felt by others.

4 Serene

The person with a calm & peaceful nature always impressed everyone. While struggling days you may find yourself frustrated or not happy with your efforts. Then you need to implement this quality to remain calm & stable. 

5 Scholar

By reading this word scholar, one can disagree with me. But don't get me wrong here I am not talking about your academics & not comparing it with the term scholar. It just means you should be a scholar in your field to get success. For example, Lata Mangeshkar in Singing, Amitabh Bachchan in acting, Sachin Tendulkar in cricket, Mukesh Ambani in business. 

6 Selfless 

When you think about others instead of yourself, automatically you will find your solutions also. Identify the need of people & start working on them. Selfish people can't succeed in life. Ratan Tata identified the need for a middle-class family & invented the Nano car. It shows if you searching for yourself then lose yourself in the help of others. 

7 Self-motivation

This is our internal strength which drives all emotions & keeps us motivated. Sometimes we may go through the sad phase of our life & may feel lonely or depressed. Then the only factor works which is known as self-motivation. It will teach you to never give up in life. This is very crucial than above 6S. Without self-motivation, you can't get any success.
